About the Sindh IT Portal
A single-window facilitation desk where IT companies and freelancers in Sindh can resolve problems with government departments — quickly, transparently and in their own language.
What the portal is
The Sindh IT Portal — Facilitation Desk is a digital gateway that lets information-technology companies, startups and freelancers register once, raise support requests (tickets) against the relevant government departments, and follow each request from filing to resolution. Every ticket receives a tracking ID, a target resolution time, and a complete record of correspondence.
Our mission
To remove the friction between Sindh’s growing IT sector and the public departments it depends on. By offering one consistent, trackable, and accountable channel — instead of scattered visits and phone calls — we help businesses spend less time chasing paperwork and more time building.
Who runs it
The portal is owned by the Science & Information Technology Department, Government of Sindh (S&ITD), which sets policy and oversees the facilitation desk. It is operated day-to-day by MAAHIR, the delivery partner that staffs the desk and drives tickets to resolution. The platform is powered by Server4Sale, the technology provider behind the portal’s infrastructure.
The single-window concept
Instead of figuring out which department handles what and approaching each one separately, you bring your issue to a single window. The facilitation desk routes it, follows up, and reports back — so the burden of coordination sits with us, not with you.
Multilingual
Raise and reply to tickets in English, Urdu or Sindhi.
Transparent
Track every request and view anonymized department performance.
Accountable
Each department has a service level it is measured against.
