How to file a ticket
Filing a ticket takes about a minute. You describe the problem; the AI helps route it correctly.
Steps
- Sign in (or file as a provisional registrant).
- Click New Ticket.
- Describe the problem in plain words — in English, Urdu, or Sindhi.
- The AI suggests the category and department automatically (you can change it).
- Attach documents — notices, letters, screenshots, photos (scanned images are read by OCR so their text becomes searchable).
- Submit — you receive a Tracking ID (e.g.,
SITP-2026-LBR-000123) and a confirmation in your preferred language.
Track it
- Without logging in: enter your Tracking ID on the public status page.
- From your dashboard: see status, messages, and updates.
- By email / WhatsApp: updates arrive automatically — and you can reply directly to a notification to add a message to the ticket (no need to log in).
What happens next
- S&ITD triages and routes to the right department.
- The assigned officer responds; the AI drafts and summarizes to speed things up.
- You may be asked for more information, or invited to a TRI meeting.
- On resolution, the officer uploads proof; you rate the outcome (CSAT) and either accept or appeal.
Tips
- Upload the original notice/letter — OCR makes it searchable and the AI can summarize it for the officer.
- One problem per ticket helps tracking; related problems can be linked.
- Prefer your company-domain email for faster verification.
