FAQ
Who can use the portal?
IT companies, software houses, freelancers, and investors operating in Sindh — plus any government department that needs to coordinate a resolution.
Do I need to be a registered company?
No. Proprietors, partnerships, freelancers, foreign branches, and early startups can all register with the identifiers relevant to them.
How long does resolution take?
Each department publishes expected resolution times in the Service catalog. If a ticket stalls, it auto-escalates at 2 / 5 / 10 days to the DG → Secretary → Minister.
Can I reply by WhatsApp or email instead of logging in?
Yes. Notifications are two-way — replying to an email or WhatsApp message adds your reply to the ticket.
Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on Server4Sale infrastructure in Pakistan. Sensitive documents are PII-redacted before any AI processing, and AI engines are pluggable (self-hosted option available for highly sensitive matters). Full audit trails are maintained.
What languages are supported?
English, Urdu, and Sindhi, with right-to-left layouts for Urdu and Sindhi. The AI can translate between them.
How do I prove my issue was resolved?
The officer must upload proof of resolution before a ticket can be closed. You receive it, can review it, and rate the outcome.
What if I'm unhappy with the resolution?
You can reopen the ticket or file an appeal. Appeals are reviewed at the next oversight tier (DG / Secretary).
Is there a cost?
The portal is a government facilitation service. Any statutory fees (e.g., for certified copies or RTI requests) are handled separately and disclosed upfront.
Can I see how departments are performing?
Yes — a public transparency dashboard shows anonymized aggregate statistics (volume, resolution times, satisfaction) by department.
