The Sindh IT Portal — Facilitation Desk lets an IT company file a problem (a tax notice, a labour inspection, a power connection, a land matter…). The Science & IT Department coordinates with the relevant department, which responds and resolves it — escalating automatically to the DG, Secretary, and Minister if it stalls. Proof of resolution is mandatory, and the whole journey is AI-assisted.
